Dr Katherine (Kate) Kelly is a Specialist General Practitioner in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, with a strong focus on childhood ADHD diagnosis, treatment, and management. She works closely with children and their families to provide personalised care, helping each child reach their full potential through early intervention and evidence-based treatment.

Dr Kelly’s holistic, family-focused approach ensures she supports not just the child’s medical needs but also their emotional wellbeing. Her goal is to empower families with practical strategies and long-term guidance that foster confidence, stronger relationships, and success at home and school.

Her qualifications include a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) achieved in 2016, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Griffith University (2011), and a Bachelor of Exercise Science (BExSc) from Griffith University (2007).

With over a decade of medical experience, Dr Kelly has worked across diverse clinical settings, including Logan Hospital, Inala, and Springwood, where she has provided comprehensive general practice care since 2016. She has also contributed to youth healthcare through the GPs in Schools program, offering medical care to students in Beenleigh, and continues to apply her precision and clinical expertise as a surgical assistant in neurosurgery.

As a full member of the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA) and Individual Member of The International Society for the Study of Celiac Disease (ISSCD), Dr Kelly remains deeply engaged in advancing her professional knowledge. She has also been a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).

Outside of work, Dr Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her three young children, exploring nature and embracing family life.
