Brisbane paediatrician Dr Kulatunga provides specialist care in general and developmental paediatrics, supporting children with ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges from her Woolloongabba practice.
Dr Kulatunga is a dual-trained general and developmental paediatrician based in Woolloongabba, providing expert care for children from birth through to 16 years of age. She has a special interest in child development, behaviour, learning, and socialisation, helping families support their children at every stage.

She is trained in Griffiths Developmental Assessments, ADHD and Autism Assessments, and is fluent in English and Sinhala, allowing her to connect easily with families from diverse backgrounds.
Dr Kulatunga completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Sri Lanka and moved to Australia in 2009. She completed her paediatrics training at Perth Children’s Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital, followed by a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) in Australia and Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in the UK. In 2022, she achieved her General Paediatrics Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).
Known for her warm and patient-focused approach, Dr Kulatunga enjoys working with children and admires their resilience in facing health and developmental challenges. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and exploring Australia’s great outdoors.
