Dr Marlon Radcliffe is an experienced general paediatrician based in Ashgrove, providing comprehensive care for children from birth through adolescence. He manages all aspects of child health, including physical, developmental, behavioural, and mental wellbeing, and treats a wide range of conditions — from common childhood illnesses to complex medical issues.

Dr Radcliffe’s passion for paediatrics stems from his desire to help children grow and flourish within happy, healthy families and communities. With over 30 years of experience in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, he combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion for his patients.

After completing his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (1982), Diploma in Child Health (1990), and Fellowship in Paediatrics in South Africa, Dr Radcliffe gained extensive experience as a general paediatrician and neonatal intensive care specialist. He later spent a decade working in New Zealand before relocating to Australia in 2006, earning his Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2005.

Dr Radcliffe has served as Clinical Director of Paediatrics at Redcliffe Hospital (2012–2018) and continues to contribute to the Redcliffe Hospital alongside his private practice in Ashgrove. His commitment to teaching is evident through his role as a Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Queensland, where he mentors future paediatricians.

As both a parent and grandparent, Dr Radcliffe brings warmth, empathy, and a deep understanding of family life to his work. His holistic approach ensures that every child — and their family — receives the support, education, and medical care needed to thrive at every stage of life.
