Her passion for paediatrics was inspired early through social work with the Youth Red Cross Society in India, including immunisation programs, blood donation campaigns, and volunteer work supporting children’s health and welfare. As a mother herself, Dr Vaidya understands the challenges of parenting and supports families with practical guidance on child health, growth, and development.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and conversant in Telugu, Dr Vaidya is also known for her warm, approachable manner. She enjoys baking, oil painting, and yoga in her spare time and finds great fulfilment in helping children thrive physically, emotionally, and developmentally.
