Paediatric Services

Please note:

• All specialists are independent providers whose fees are not associated with one another.
• If you are required or request to see a new paediatrician, we advise an initial consultation fee will apply and a new GP referral will be required.
• All fees quoted are at the doctors’ discretion, and may increase/vary depending on the complexity of the consultation or the doctors individual fee schedule.
• All fees are exclusive of processing fees or merchant facility charges.

Allied Health Services

Fees vary and are charged at an hourly rate, payable at the end of your appointment. Individual fee schedules can be found under ‘Allied Health’ on our website or contact the office for more information.

A referral from your GP is required to be eligible for a Medicare rebate on paediatric consultations.

To ensure that we can achieve the most from each consultation, you should bring in copies of X-rays, pathology results and letters from your GP or specialists, if these are available. We would also appreciate reports from other health professionals such as speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists

If you could bring in any puffers and your spacer if your child has asthma or a chronic cough.

To make an appointment you require a referral from your GP. Your referral can be faxed to (07) 3177 2001 or emailed to info@paedsinapod.com.au. To ensure your appointment is made, please phone our practice on (07) 3177 2000.
