Practice Response Times

We understand that when you have a question or concern about your child, waiting for a response can become frustrating.

Paeds in a Pod is a multidisciplinary paediatric practice, and we receive a very high volume of calls and emails each day.

If you need assistance quickly, we recommend calling the practice, as email is not intended for requests requiring a quick response.

Our phones are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Please be aware that our phone lines can also experience long wait times due to the volume of calls we receive.

We appreciate your patience while our team assists families as efficiently as possible.

For emails, please allow up to 14 business days for a response.

Our team will respond as soon as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a faster response time.

Our practice is not an emergency or urgent care service.

If your child needs immediate medical attention, please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
